Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and trainings. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours of appointment. All “No-Call, No Shows” will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment. Please note: all reschedules must be done online. A text to cancel less than 48 hours will result in a no show fee as we cannot always get to you on time. You will be required to pay an additional deposit for appointments missed or rescheduled less than 48 hours. We do not offer refunds.
