The deposit goes toward your total service cost. Deposits will not roll over if reschedule is needed less than the 48 hour policy. ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐: We require 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments and trainings. A 50% fee will be charged for cancellations less than 48 hours of appointment. All โNo-Call, No Showsโ will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment.
Please Note: All reschedules must be done online. A text to cancel less than 48 hours will result in a no show fee as we cannot always get to you on time. You will be required to pay an additional deposit for appointments missed or rescheduled less than 48 hours. We do not offer refunds.
* You are allowed 3 rescheduled appointments before being banned from booking online. You will be required to pay an additional deposit to secure new appointment with La Mona Studio after banned notice.*
